People and pet's(animal's) figurines can be either made as bobble head or stationary head. That's two ways of head connection of our main products. You can choose one option in each product page. But for wine stopper, wine opener and keychain, it can only be made to stationary head.

We have five options for the size: 6 inches(about 15cm), 7 inches(about 18cm), 8 inches(about 20cm), 9 inches(about 23cm) and 11 inches(about 28cm). If you need other size, please feel free to contact us.

From the time the order is placed to the time you receive it, the whole process contains crafting time and shipping time. We have different crafting time options from 1 to 10 days. And it takes another 2-6 days for shipping time. During the process, we will send the proofs (mock-ups) for your verification. Delay approval or modifications will need extra time.  Our standard crafting time is within 10 days and we have expedited crafting services with extra fee as below if you need to receive it earlier. Our fastest crafting time is 1 day for completion, so you can receive your order fastest in 4-6 days. The ETA is not totally accurate and one or two business days delay is considered as normal situation. In addition, remote area would need extra 1-3 days for remote shipping time.

Urgent	3 business days	$28 AUD	6-9 days	This option provides you with a urgent crafting turnaround time and free proofing. We would send proofing / mock-ups via email for your verification within 3 business days and need to get respond from you within 24 hours. Delay approval or modification requests will add additional crafting time.
I need it now	1 business day	$45 AUD	4-6 days	This option provides you with an super urgent sculpting turnaround time but not proofing because time is limited. We will finish it in 1 business day and get it shipped. We will do the best likeness with internal review by our resemblance inspection department.

Good quality photos are essential for the likeness of the bobblehead. A good front view photo is a must. You can also send us other photos such as side views and rear view if you have, in order to capture every details of the person.

You'll receive progress photos during fabrication for your input. Request modifications to ensure the final piece exceeds expectations. Please review promptly, as delayed approvals or significant alterations require additional sculpting labor that impacts delivery schedules.

Normally, for only head custom order, we just send the head proofs for verification and for 100% custom order, we will send head proofs and body proofs together for your confirmation.

Yeah you can proceed to checkout after picking a body style—no information forms needed. We'll then await your email containing all visual references and requirements.

Modification feasibility depends entirely on outfit complexity. Minor adjustments aligning with your initial figure selection are complimentary. For radically different designs, we implement changes at a nominal modification fee.

Yes, after we ship your order we will update the status. At the same time, you will receive an email with the details of shipment information - tracking site and tracking number for you to check.

Normally you will get your order within one week. It depends on the ETA plan you choose for your order. For rush order, you can receive your order in 2-3 business days after shipment.
